Choreographer's Note: The song, Beat Me Daddy, Eight
To The Bar is one of my favorite tunes. Four years ago, I choreographed a dance,
Eight To The Bar, to this music. Before the dance was released, I found a slower piece of music with a break that was
fitting for the dance. Since this piece of music has always stuck in
my mind, it was time to create a new dance, 8 TO 8. The meaning of the title? 88 keys on a piano
keyboard.
A. HEEL,

at left shin; Right heel tap forward; Right heel scuff forward (the L foot bears the wt for the first 4 counts,
bend the L knee slightly and sit back into your hip)
